This was an easy build even though it was my first car build.
(I did not use the included paints or glue).
Completed September 2016
I covered the floor with toilet paper and applied superglue over that, before airbrushing it black. Using my Dremel, I attacked the seats to make them look busted up. I then painted them a blue-black colour (using Vallejo).
This was an exercise in salt chipping so, next up, was salt. I wet the car's body, after which I put coarse salt where I wanted the rusted places to be. I let this dry, then airbrushed a light blue coat (mixed from Vallejo) over the entire car. Once the paint had dried, I brushed the salt off using my fingers, and brushed yellow Vallejo in all the areas where lighter rust would be.
To start off, I airbrushed a base coat of Vallejo cavalry brown. In order to simulate a rusted body, and using my Dremel, I thinned the sides from the inside to make some "rust holes".
